One-Handed Blunt Weapons

< previousweaponsnext >

The purpose of most blunt weapons to crush, however, that is not always true. Many of these weapons also deal puncture damage due to added spikes. Blunt weapons are particularly effective against full plate armor, as many other weapon types do not have the weight or strength to do significant damage to heavier armors.

One-Handed blunt weapons are small and light enough to be wielded in a single hand, allowing the user to make use of a shield if so desired.

There are seven basic categories of blunt weapons:

Ball and Chain Mace
Cudgel Morning Star
Crowbill War Hammer
Leather Whip
