SimuCon is upon us once again, and there are a number of exclusive offerings for your characters AND the players behind them! Can't attend in person? No worries! There are also options available for non-attendees!
All options are available via the Box Office, which is broken down into Attendee and Non-Attendee versions, which are then further broken down into groups for the individual offerings noted below!
Attendee Offerings:
Badge - Required for Attendance
All attendees must display their badge at all times while in the official event rooms. Sign up for attendee group 11 to reserve your badge!

Attendee Addon - Exclusive 2024 Ephemera
This an ADDITIONAL special item and requires a badge purchase! This is attendee group 10!
You will get a unique Ephemera Beast available only from SimuCon 2024!
Attendee Addon - Character Portrait
A Simutronics artist will create a rendering of your character! This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. A copy will be provided to you in the formats noted below and will be added to your character's LOOK in game! This is attendee group 9!
You will need to provide your character's full LOOK description. Include as much detail as possible to convey to the artist a clear vision of your character.
- You may note one or two items that you want specifically depicted.
- If you prefer a certain pose, specify it.
You will be provided with a composite sketch and allowed one round of revision before the final product is completed. Images will be delivered in the following formats:
- Low res: 830x1080 (to fit within the Wiki upload file size limit, if you want to display your image there)
- High res: 2400x3000 pixels. (print size of 8x10)
Attendee Addon - Fashion Consult
The buyer can work with a GM to design and obtain 3 custom-feature mirrors and 2 general item alterations. This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 8!
Attendee Addon - Custom Room
The purchaser will work with a GM to create a unique room that will be deployed to all instances of the game. This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 7!
Attendee Addon - Custom Siegery Set
Ever wanted to design your own themed siegery set? Now you can! This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 6!
This package contains:
- 1 repair / carrying case
- 1 (choice of) castle or fortress
- 1 siege weapon
- 3 soldiers
- You can design the appearance of each piece, and we will write custom messaging to match! That is 6 T6 customizations!
Attendee Addon - D&D One-Shot Game
Participate in one of the Elanthia-themed One-Shot campaigns. You will receive a pouch of dice to play the game with! This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 5!
Attendee Addon - Lunch with Simutronics
Participate in the small group lunch on Friday at noon with DR PM Lyneya, GS PM Wyrom, Simutronics CEO Skippy, and Chris in Billing. This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 4!
Attendee Addon - Sip & Paint
Join professional 3D artist Jonathan Bombard as he guides you through an evening of painting your very own miniature! Each step will be explained and demonstrated, along with some helpful tips and tricks to bring out the best in your statue.
This price includes a unique to SimuCon 2024 collectible statue only available through the box office, as well as all of the supplies you'll need to complete it -- you just need to bring your own booze!
Registered guests who want to get a lot of paint time in may wish to bring a hair dryer, but it is not required. You may also bring your own painting supplies if you wish!
This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 3!
Attendee Addon - Simu Swag
Grab a SimuCon-branded bag to remember the convention with! This is an addon and requires a badge purchase. This is attendee group 2!

Non-Attendee Offerings:

Friend of the 'Con
If you can't attend but still want to contribute to the festivities, these two options let you do so! These do NOT require any other purchase, nor do they grant any items or benefits (real or otherwise) to you or your characters. They simply allow the organizers to provide more food options, entertainment and other needs for those who are attending!
