Q: I'm using Internet Explorer (5 or later). Every time I go to the forums, I get a message saying "that page cannot be displayed"! Help!

A: Please make sure that you have the following settings on your browser:

Tools ->
Internet Options ->
Temporary Internet File [Settings...] ->
"Every visit to the page"

It will look something like this:

If that still doesn't work, you may need to shut down the browser and start it up again.

If you are using AOL's web browser, you will need to make this change by opening up the Internet Explorer browser as AOL's web browser (which uses IE's settings) doesn't offer the "Tools" menu.
