President and CEO
David Whatley's passion for online gaming led him to found Simutronics in 1987. David -- chief designer of most of the company's games -- has won numerous awards, including Computer Gaming World's "Online Game of the Year" award for CyberStrike. David is the mastermind behind Simutronics' technology and game designs and has built a team of talented people who are taking Simutronics to new heights.

Executive Vice President
Neil is the driving force behind the company's key partnerships and business strategies as head of business development and marketing. Prior to joining Simutronics in 1993, Neil spent five years with General Electric as marketing director for its groundbreaking GEnie online service, spearheading its strategic focus on games and forums. He spent eight years during the 1980s with Commodore and Atari where he helped launch their computer systems. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Chief Financial Officer
Phil joined Simutronics as Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. Phil possesses a broad range of financial and operational experience with both private and public software companies. Prior to joining Simutronics, he was CFO of BroadSoft, a developer of carrier-grade voice-over-IP software for telecommunications service providers worldwide. Phil also served as CFO of Approva and held various financial management positions, most recently as CFO and Treasurer, at AXENT Technologies, a publicly traded security software and services company sold to Symantec in 2000 for approximately $975 million.
