Greek mythology tells us that humans were wrought by the hands of Prometheus. Whatever you believe, the humans of Alliance of Heroes have always believed in the ideology of, "We were here first, so this place is ours." After having been steadily exposed to other races for prolonged periods of time, humans have learned to live with them, if not always in harmony. They are very clever and learn to adapt to new situations, relying on their wits rather than instinct, and this has insured them their place in the world for centuries to come.

Humans are of average stature, between 5'5" and 6' with the females of the species usually a bit shorter. They are rather stocky and show a wide range of variation in hair, skin and eye color. They tend to be rustic in appearance, the men often sporting a beard or mustache. The women tend to be sturdy and good-natured.

It is hard to take one example of a human and say: "This is what a human is." There are many different groups that humans fall into; we offer a handful to help you in your role-playing choices should you choose to play a human.
